Big Ideas for Religious Education – Writers Needed

We are looking for RE professionals to join us in writing learning units for a Big Ideas based RE curriculum. We are able to offer £500 for each unit, provided that it is of the required quality. We will provide online training and will be available throughout the process to offer advice and assistance.
Experience
Those appointed must:
- Be in touch with schools and RE in the classroom, either as a teacher, teacher trainer, or RE consultant
2 Have an enthusiasm for and good subject knowledge of RE
3 Have read and be conversant with the two publications on Big Ideas in RE:
Putting Big Ideas into Practice in Religious Education
4 Be able to write learning units that will enable pupils to achieve the expectations set out in the programmes of study
5 Be adaptable and prepared to work with new ideas
6 Work to given deadlines.
Key stages
We are looking for expertise in RE and in teaching one or more of:
- Foundation Stage (FS)
- KS1
- KS2
- KS3
- KS4&5 (non-exam)
