Culham St Gabriel’s, in partnership with all the main RE organisations, runs a leadership scholarship programme to equip leaders of Religion and Worldview education (RE/RME/RVE) for systemic change. There are a series of case studies here that show the differing journeys they have taken and the value of the programme.

The case studies on this page illustrate the journey of some current regional and national leaders into their current roles.

The leadership programme highlights four areas:

  • Curriculum
  • Classroom/Pedagogy
  • Politics/Policy
  • Research

Each of these areas are reflected in the case studies from a wide range of practitioners in the field of Religion and Worldviews.

We hope the case studies below will help inspire as well as facilitate a leadership community which will support teachers in all aspects of RE.
